I found a movie theater here in town that does $1 kids movies on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. We ventured out this morning for a showing of "Shrek the Third". It's the first time that Ben and Lexie have been to the movies and I figured it would be good to start with a cheap movie before doing "Toy Story 3".
Everyone did surprisingly well!! Christopher and Nicholas are old-pros at the movie going experience (though Nick was a bit chatty). Ben and Lexie sat quietly for most of the movie and watched the end standing up. I'm not quite sure they're ready for a more expensive movie, but I'm sure we will be back for $1 morning movies again soon!!
We loved the $1 movies days at our last post, I'm not sure if the one here has it. We took Bubba to see Toy Story 3 and it was great and definatly kept his attention!
