3: a trip to the pumpkin patch

Last weekend we headed to Gross Farms, a pumpkin patch and corn maze in Sanford, NC. Our first stop was the pumpkin jump- a giant trampoline!

The pumpkin patch!!

After our fun on the pumpkin jump, we made our way over to the hayride area. The kids were very excited to do another hayride this year!! Our hayride went all through the farm and the pumpkin patch!

It was FINALLY time for the pumpkin patch!! The kids were so excited to walk around and pick out their own pumpkins. Since we went so late in the season, the pumpkins were pretty picked through. Just Ben and Lexie ended up getting pumpkins (and Christopher and Nicholas got their big ones at the PX).

There was a great playground at Gross Farms. They kids' favorite was the big ship!

After our fun day at the pumpkin patch we stopped at Cracker Barrel for dinner on our way home! It was a fun way to end a fun day! :)
